How long have you been in business? – We are not a fly-by-night operation.  CCD has been providing traditional I.T. solutions since 1995.  We are privately owned, profitable and growing.  As early adopters of advancing technology, we were at the forefront of hosting solutions with the introduction of  ITonCommand in 2001.  ITonCommand was designed as a simple alternative to traditional I.T. solutions, providing a simplified solution to businesses with 5 to 500 users that leverages our extensive expertise in traditional network infrastructure and security solutions.  ITonCommand is the focus of our business.

6. What kind of customers do you work with? – Our customer base is extremely diverse. We have customers across the country and around the world operating in the health care, professional services, real estate services, non-profit, and light manufacturing industries. 7. What is the cost? - ITonCommand allows you to turn your I.T. capital expenditures into predictable operating expenses, just like your other utilities.  And the standard package is just $99 per user/per month.

8. Is  ITonCommand difficult to use? – Are you able to log onto the Internet? If you can do that, then you can use ITonCommand.  ITonCommand delivers a Microsoft Windows desktop that looks and feels just like the Windows desktop you’re likely using today.  Your staff will train up instantly with the familiar interface.

9. Is ITonCommand a burden to integrate? - Our team of experts does all of the integration for you with little to no business interruption. We transfer all of your users data, applications and e-mail seamlessly so they can locate their files and data quickly and easily. 

10. Will I have remote access? – You can login to your entire corporate desktop and network from any Internet connection.  So you can work anywhere, anytime.  And, with the integration of Windows Mobile 5.0, you have access to your e-mail, calendar and contacts from your PDA or smart phone.

11. Do I have to maintain servers? – All of your data and applications are securely stored on our servers located in state-of-the-art facilities where they are monitored and managed 24/7/365. The data center locations are securely guarded with limited access security cleared, ID carrying personnel. 

 12. Who will upgrade my software? – You’ll never have to upgrade, update or apply patches to your Microsoft software again.  ITonCommand keeps you in compliance with your licenses and ensure you’re always running the most current versions of Microsoft. 

13. Can we use our existing PCs and laptops? – The remote desktop is compatible with Windows 98, but we recommend Windows XP or Vista for an enhanced user experience.  There is no need to purchase additional hardware.  You can also use a simple “dumb” terminal or ‘thin” client, as you don’t need drive space for ITonCommand, because all of your applications and data are stored on our servers, not on local drives.  

14. Do you charge installation or set-up fees? – There are no implementation fees to get started with ITonCommand.  You simply begin paying the monthly subscription fee when due. 

15. What happens to my work if I lose power? – When power is restored your session will be as it was before the loss of power.  So if you are working on an important Excel spreadsheet and experience a loss of power or Internet outage,  you can relax knowing your work will be right where you left it.
